Rota Job! English Nanny in Miami. Ref. FTMIT002

A private family based in Miami seeks an exceptional, career nanny to provide high-level care for their twin sons aged 2.5 years. This is a Rota Job 4 days on / 4 days off, with the potential to transition to a longer rotation of up to 2–3 weeks on/off as the role develops. During working periods, the nanny will reside in the children’s room to ensure attentive and consistent care. On rest days, the family provides a private apartment located close to the family’s villa. The successful candidate will deliver a calm, structured, and nurturing environment, supporting the children’s development while upholding the standards expected within a fully staffed private household.  The ideal candidate will be a native or near-native English speaker with formal childcare qualifications and proven experience caring for toddlers within private households. The family is specifically seeking a candidate committed to a long-term placement. The salary is USD $400–$650 per day, negotiable based on experience and qualifications. All transport and visa expenses covered by the family. Start in Mid-January.
